I took the course from 3 hours to 8.5 hours, which allowed a price increase of $999 to $1350, which has an annual increase of over $18,000 for the Power Partners Course overall.
With increased instructional design in every module the course was able to be recognized for 8 continuing education credits from the CFRE (Certified Fund Raising Executive) and it was approved for Continuing Education credits.
I also edited the workbook for Phase 0 and created workbooks for Phases 1-3 and edited supplemental resources to make the course more digestible.

The Power Partners Formula is 5 modules, or phases, including

There are 28 individual lessons within all 5 Phases.

1) To expand and embed the mindset and alignment content material in all 5 phases of the course.
2) To incorporate repetition and content support throughout all of the 5 phases.
3) To incorporate content material from added knowledge base pages and the course creator’s Podcast “What the Fundraising”.

The course was originally 3 hours long. After the existing material was edited and new material embedded, the new course is over 8 hours of learner content.
Phases 0-5 have their own workbook, ranging from 28-35 pages for a total of 139 pages created for the learner workbook.

Technologies Used
Storyboarding, editing, and collaborating was completed with G suite applications including Google docs, Google sheets, and Google meet.
Script editing was completed using transcript softwares Temi and Descript.
Learning assets such as slides were created using Google slides and Microsoft Powerpoint.
Video recordings were completed using Loom. I did not edit the course videos.
Learner workbook was created using Canva.
Other softwares and services used includes Kartra LMS and Mighty Networks for community hosting and feedback solutions.

Applied Learning Theory
Instructional plans for each module were completed with Understanding By Design (UDB) based on specific pain points of emerging professional photographers.
Within each UDB module, Bloom’s Taxonomy was also used in the creation of the curriculum map and throughout the learner workbook.
Accessibility consulting for subtitles, scripting, and font choice.

Value Added
I added value by…
Designing the learning plan for each phase-5 total. Creating storyboards for each phase including slide asset and scripting.
Editing 28 scripts for 28 videos. Editing also included and redesigning course slides, for a total of 27 slide decks and 811 slides.
Incorporating survey learner survey data into the learning plan, slides, and workbook assets.
Designing 5 phase learner workbook for a total of 139 pages.
